Adishatz e planvienguts
at Clos Lapeyre in Jurançon
Because we want to make natural, expressive, and sincere wines, we work in organic agriculture, a cultivation system that respects the plant, its physiology, and its environment; a cultivation system that allows our grape varieties to express the minerality of the famous “poudingue” (rocky sedimentary detritus), the freshness of the Pyrenees, the sweetness of the ocean (not so far …), and our passion for our work.
For us in Béarn, wine is an important part of our culture that we want to maintain and perpetuate; the traditional “ça – i bevèr un cop” in Occitan, states the pleasure of receiving, of discussing, of inviting one in for a drink and devoting a little time to gathering together.

Our wines
The diverse geology, the exposure, the age of the vines, the grape variety, etc. are factors that will influence the physiology of the vine and therefore the character of the wine produced.
Our vineyard is made up of 7 islets of 1 to 6 hectares: depending on the vintages and the harvest dates, we produce 5 to 9 different dry and sweet white wines, each with its own personality.
