The term “Cuvée” here takes on the meaning of selection: either by plot, as is the case with Vitatge Vielh (old vines): selection of vines over fifty years old; or selection of the Petit Manseng grape variety, it is then a question of late harvests by successive selections on the plots best exposed for the ripening : it is LA MAGENDIA (“the best” in Occitan).
