Exceptional because we cannot guarantee that they will be reproduced every year. In very hot vintages, the sugar concentration of the grapes makes it difficult to produce dry white wines, they would then be too alcoholic. On the other hand, extra late harvests and therefore hyper raisined grapes can only be obtained with fine autumns, November and December, blown by the winds from Spain which warm up on the (hot) southern slope of the Pyrenees.
