Time shapes landscapes, people and…wines. The notion of vintage, very dependent on wine, is
an important criterion which provides information on the age of the wine, of course, but also on
its “history”: the weather, the growing conditions and therefore the cultivation methods, the
harvest, the aging of which it was subject,… Some vintages have become historic by the quality
of the wines, their structure and therefore the potential for aging generated, others have been
able to give wines which evolve faster…, the art of the amateur, it’s the right choice of date to
