The estate has been certified in Organic Agriculture since 2005. We have been practicing Biodynamics since 2014.

Oenology is certainly an extraordinary science, but we know today that only excellent quality grapes can produce great wine and that only respectful work, clean, logical and normal viticulture can achieve it.

In addition, Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture are working techniques that make it possible to produce healthy and natural grapes, therefore healthy and natural wines that have more taste, which express more this terroir which is ours and strengthen those who drink the wine.

The entire Clos Lapeyre team fully shares this passion and respect for living things, even if it requires significant involvement due to the difficulty of working on hillsides and a schedule of interventions guided by the plant, the weather and common sense.
