Slow pressing with the entire harvested overripe grapes. Long fermentation in oak barrels.
From 12 to 24 months of aging in oak barrels or casks.

Its nose is powerful and elegant, of candied orange, apricot, honey. The attack is lively, the mouth suave and velvety at the same time, almost unctuous with toasted notes. The finish is long, and the liveliness is still very present.
