LOCATION: hillside vineyards at an altitude of 300 to 400 metres.
SIZE: 18 hectares.
SOIL TYPES: loam and clay soils on the typical « Jurançon pudding-stone » bedrock, rich in pebbles and siliceous gravel.
-The variation between day and night temperatures due to altitude favours ripening.
-The joint influence of the Pyrenees which are 25km away and the Atlantic
Ocean , 100km away, helps moderate temperatures.

Certified organic viticulture licensed by Qualité France. 8 hectares of vineyards on terraces on very steep slopes.
Soils are ploughed in Spring between the rows and the vines to aerate the soils and promote deep rooting.
THE CELLAR: A simple and traditional cellar with small means of intervention as the wine is really made in the vineyards.
